The Board selected MidAtlantic Engineering to conduct an underwater study of the pier. MidAtlantic has completed the inspection and will present a final report at the October meeting.

The Board selected McGill Associates as the firm to provide a comprehensive design plan for the Block Q/Jordan Boulevard Master Plan. They also agreed to have the Planning & Inspections Department work with the Board and other staff to narrow the scope associated with the project. McGill has been soliciting community feedback and held workshops with the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board and the Board of Commissioners. They are refining options discussed at the workshops.
