The 2026 concert schedule has been released. Grab a chair or blanket and enjoy the sounds of summer starting May 24th. Concerts are held on Sundays at 6:30 p.m. throughout the summer.

       The next Free Cleanup Week at the Brunswick County Landfill will take place April 20 through 25, 2026.

Brunswick County property owners and residents can dispose of all materials, except for regular household trash and hazardous waste, free of charge during Free Cleanup Week.

Individuals can dispose of metal, tires, electronics, latex paint, clothing, shoes, used oil, oil filters, antifreeze, gasoline, fluorescent bulbs, used cooking oil, smoke detectors, household batteries, and yard debris in their designated area at the Landfill during this week.

Participants must show proof of Brunswick County property ownership or residency. Businesses and commercial vehicles will be charged normal tipping fees.

Brunswick County accepts various items at the Brunswick County Landfill year-round at no charge to Brunswick County property owners and residents. See a full list of accepted items on the Accepted Items and Tipping Fees webpage.

Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Saturday 7:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

The next Public Shred Event at the Brunswick  County Government Center will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (or until  truck is full) on Saturday, April 18, 2026.

Brunswick County property owners and residents can dispose of any unneeded documents free of charge during the Public Shred Event.

Individuals can dispose of up to five boxes or bags of   documents per resident/property owner. Items must be boxed or bagged and       ready to be shredded before arrival. Brunswick County staff will be       on-site to empty items into the shredder. All boxes and bags will be       returned after they are emptied.

Participants must show proof of Brunswick County property       ownership or residency.

The contractor is expected to be onsite  at Bridgeview Park March 3rd to begin demolition for the scheduled playground renovation. The playground will be closed until further notice.

All carts must be placed at the curb by 6:00 a.m. on collection days. Make sure to have your carts by the curb by 6:00 a.m. on collection day to avoid your trash not being collected.

The Town encourages owners to vegetate their properties and install sand fencing. This is a great way to protect your property and accumulate sand on your dune. Please contact the CAMA officer at (910) 842-6080 if you would like further information.
